Verity is a marketplace where independent trading educators ("Mentors") list educational products, including recorded courses and access to community servers. We provide the storefront, verification process, and payment handling.
We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we are not registered as such with any regulator. Nothing on Verity — including any content published by Mentors — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Mentors are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, teaching quality, or claims of any Mentor.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance — including any results, payouts, or statements displayed on Verity — is not indicative of and does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their consequences. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Prices, billing terms, trial availability, and refund policies are set by each Mentor and displayed on their listing before purchase. When you buy through Verity you enter into a contract with the Mentor for the product itself; Verity facilitates the transaction and payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Some Mentors display a verified badge. As explained on our verification page, this reflects checks we have carried out on identity, stated experience, and the authenticity of submitted evidence. It is not an endorsement of a Mentor's results, teaching quality, or future performance, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. We may grant, withhold, or revoke badges at our discretion.
If you list on Verity, you agree that:
We may remove listings, withhold payouts, or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Revenue share and payout terms are set out in your Mentor agreement.
Don't share your purchased access with others, resell or redistribute course content, scrape the site, attempt to breach security, post fake reviews, or use Verity for anything unlawful.
Only verified buyers may leave reviews. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or off-topic, but we do not edit reviews to favour Mentors.
Mentors retain ownership of their content and grant us a licence to display and distribute it on Verity. The Verity name, branding, and site itself remain our property. Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access it — not ownership.
Verity is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or any Mentor's content. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid through Verity in the [12] months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the site or email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
